Los Angeles originally had the 16-0 lead heading into halftime. But the Broncos surged in the second half, outscoring the Rams 16-0 in the third quarter, then 14-10 in the fourth.
Nix finished the game with 193 total yards, three total touchdowns, and one interception. Opposing quarterback Matthew Stafford came up just short of 400 yards for the first time this season, finishing with 390 on 30-of-55 passing, posting two touchdowns and two brutal interceptions.
Stafford was sacked a total of four times, the most he's been sacked in a regular season game since September 15, 2024, against the Arizona Cardinals (5).
Devante Adams led all receivers with 137 yards on seven receptions, making it back-to-back games with at least 130. Meanwhile, teammate Kyren Williams led all rushers with 88 yards on 15 carries.
Not a single Broncos receiver or rusher eclipsed 50 yards during the win.
Los Angeles had one final chance on the Broncos' eight-yard line with two seconds left, but following a false start, Talanoa Hufanga picked off Stafford for the second time to seal the deal.

The first half didn't see much action. Denver punted on three of their four drives, with kicker Wil Lutz doinking one off the uprights from 43 yards out.
While the Rams made three field goals of their own, Stafford connected with Tyler Higbee for the first touchdown of the game as they entered halftime with a 16-0 lead.

Rams put up 17 first downs to the Broncos' five in the first half, also outgaining them 273-67. But it was the Broncos who came out in the second half with momentum.
After both teams exchanged three-and-outs, the Broncos ended a 12-play, 42-yard drive with a strike from Nix to Pat Bryant for their first touchdown of the night.
After a successful two-point conversion, the Broncos forced the Rams to punt again - the first time of the night they had to on back-to-back drives.
Two penalties for 23 yards killed their drive as they were forced to give the ball back to the Broncos, who started right near midfield.
Broncos found paydirt for a second time on the ensuing drive. After a five-yard run from J.K. Dobbins, the back ran for another five yards before fumbling forward where Bryant ran it for another seven yards.
Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle had a first-down run of his own on a jet sweep that went for 14 yards.
After two incompletions and a 12-yard pass to Tyler Badie, Nix put up his second passing touchdown of the night when he found tight end Nate Adkins for an eight-yard strike to put the Broncos within two.
Adkins had one touchdown all of last year, and now he's already matched that just three games into the new season.
Denver tried for two again and succeeded again to tie things up 16-16 with a great contested catch from Bryant.
Despite not counting the two-point conversion as a catch, Bryant's impact was huge after being held to zero receptions on only one target last week against Jacksonville.
He had one touchdown all last season. Now he has one in three games this year and a two-point conversion.
The Rams finally got on the board with Harrison Mevis' fourth field goal of the night to take a 19-16 lead.
But that same lead would disappear just a couple of minutes later after the Rams forced the Broncos to punt for the fifth time of the night.
On the fifth play of the Rams' ensuing drive, Hufanga picked off Stafford and returned it to the house to give the Broncos a 23-19 lead.
It marked Hufanga's first interception since 2023, when he was a member of the San Francisco 49ers, his first as a Bronco, and the second pick-six of his six-year career.
The Rams needed to respond immediately, and they did so in just four plays. After Stafford took a one-yard loss on a sack, he followed it up with a 21-yard pass, a nine-yard pass, then a 48-yard touchdown pass, all to receiver Konata Mumpfield, to retake the lead 26-23.
Mumpfield had a total of 92 yards and one touchdown on 10 receptions all of last season. He finished this game with 93 yards and a touchdown on four receptions.
The drive also put Stafford over the 300-yard passing mark for the second straight game after throwing for 327 last week against the New York Giants.
During the Broncos' next drive, on a 3rd & 2, the Rams thought they had picked a pass off along the sidelines, but Trent McDuffie was called for defensive pass interference, giving Denver the automatic first down.
The Broncos took advantage of the situation. With 1st & goal, the Rams had two timeouts left and just above a minute left to go in the game.
Denver made the mistake of throwing an incomplete pass on 3rd & goal to stop the clock, but they received another break after the Rams were called for illegal use of hands to the face, granting the Broncos another 1st & goal with under a minute to go.
Nix threw another incompletion before falling just short of the goal line to make it 3rd & goal once more with 48 seconds left in the game. Rams committed an encroachment that gave the Broncos half a yard at most. That's all they needed.
Nix took the snap, leaped over the pile, and put his Broncos up 30-26 with 46 seconds left in the game.
And that's all she wrote.
Hufanga picked off Stafford on the last play of the game to seal the deal as the Broncos improved to 2-1, while the Rams fell to 1-2 on the season.
It marked the first multi-interception game for Hufanga in his entire NFL career.
