Where will the change take effect?
Primarily on a desktop computer or laptop, i.e. in the so-called desktop view. If you are a user of our Android or iOS app, everything remains the same for you.
What exactly is changing and when?
When viewing Flashscore on a computer monitor, you were used to seeing the details of a particular match in a small, separate window when you clicked on it. Now, each match will be displayed as a full page. This move, which will occur during the first two weeks of April, will standardize and unify the display of pages on the site.
How to keep the original version?
We know that for some of you, the ability to view multiple match detail pages on your monitor and watch them in parallel is very important. That's why we don't want to deprive you of this option.
Although each match will now automatically open as a standard web page, you have the option to click on the relevant icon in the top right corner (you can find it in the image at the head of this article). This will display the match exactly as you have been used to.
Content improvements
In addition to the format change, there are also content improvements in the match details. You will now find a list of the most recent matches and a table of the competition on the summary tab, where you can find the most important information. More improvements and more detailed statistics will follow soon, which will contribute to an even better user experience.
