By the end of Wednesday, we will know the finalists in the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League. But first, we have the two semi-final second legs to get through, and all four teams are in it to win it.

Listen live to PSG vs Arsenal now.

22:55 CET - PSG ARE IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL! A 3-1 aggregate win over Arsenal sees them back in the promised land for the first time since 2020 and for the second time in their history. In truth, after Arsenal's blistering start, the Parisiens were the deserved winners, and now they face Inter on May 31st to see whether they can lift the trophy for the first time.

Goals from Fabian Ruiz and Achraf Hakimi saw the French side home, and despite a late goal from Bukayo Saka, the Gunners were unable to mount a real comeback.

22:49 CET - Five minutes of stoppage time left for PSG to see out and make their first Champions League final since 2020.

22:46 CET - Less than five minutes to play and PSG are using as many time-wasting tricks as they can to run the clock down. Arsenal, understandably, frustrated, but it is working for the hosts.

22:38 CET - Saka again - no, over the bar! The winger gets the ball into him from a cross, but he can only fire over with Donnarumma beaten. This is spirited work from Arsenal as we enter the final 10 minutes.

22:35 CET - Arsenal have a consolation in Paris! After industrious work from Leandro Trossard and a healthy dose of luck, Bukayo Saka put the ball into an open net to make it 2-1 on the night. The Gunners still need two more to at least force extra time. They couldn't, could they?

22:32 CET - GAME OVER? Achraf Hakimi picks up a loose ball in the box, and the right-back makes no mistake, curling home a lovely effort to put PSG 3-0 up against Arsenal, practically booking their spot in the Champions League final.

22:28 CET - RAYA SAVES! The slow run-up from Vitinha does not throw off David Raya, who dives the right way to save the penalty, and perhaps give Arsenal life with 20 minutes to go.

22:25 CET - Penalty to PSG! VAR has called the referee over to check a handball on Myles Lewis-Skelly and it's clearly hit his hand, although no one on the pitch appealed for it. Huge chance to wrap the tie up now for the hosts.

22:22 CET - In his own personal battle against Arsenal, it's 3-0 to Gianluigi Donnarumma. He makes his third spectacular save of the night, this time to deny a dipping, curling effort from Bukayo Saka. The Italian has been magnificent tonight.

22:16 CET - It's taken 11 minutes of the second half, but Arsenal have their first shot, Bukayo Saka forcing Nuno Mendes into a block. The resulting corner is punched over his own bar by Gianluigi Donnarumma.

22:10 CET - The home crowd roars as Ousmane Dembele steps out from the bench to warm up. Right now, though, it looks like he won't be needed with his side holding all the cards. Arsenal are yet to create anything of note in this second half.

22:03 CET - We are back underway in the French capital with no changes for either side at the break.

22:00 CET - It's fair to say that PSG have one foot in the final - now it's up to Arsenal to spoil the party, but Opta aren't giving them much of a chance...

Paris Saint-Germain have lost just one of their last 32 UEFA Champions League home matches when leading at half-time (W29 D2), although that defeat came against English opposition in a semi-final, losing 1-2 to Manchester City in April 2021.

21:48 CET - Half-time at Parc des Princes - PSG lead 1-0 over Arsenal thanks to that deflected strike from Fabian Ruiz and 2-0 on aggregate. The Gunners have a mountain to climb if they are to get back into the tie.

21:45 CET - It's end-to-end as we near the interval, with both sides getting shots away with no real threat.

21:39 CET - It feels like Mikel Arteta has a huge team talk ahead of him at half-time, because, at this stage, the occasion looks to have got the better of his players. Since the goal, PSG are starting to take control, whereas Arsenal's shape is slowly deserting them. Will we see changes at the break?

21:31 CET - Should it be tie over already? Bradley Barcola, basically alone in the Arsenal box, has so much time to pick his spot and make it 3-0 to PSG in the tie, but he dithers for too long, allowing Declan Rice to get a vital touch on the ball to spoil the touch. After their initial start, the visitors are struggling to get things going.

21:28 CET - First blood to PSG on the night! The ball breaks to Fabian Ruiz at the edge of the box, and the midfielder composes himself well to rifle home a left-footed shot and give his side a 2-0 aggregate lead.

Ruiz has scored his first UEFA Champions League goal in what is his 46th appearance, becoming the first Spanish player to score his first UCL goal in a semi-final.

The Parc des Princes erupts, a huge step forward for the French league champions and a massive blow for the Gunners.

21:23 CET - You don't tend to describe Desire Doue as wasteful, but that's the best word to use as he misses a guilt-edge chance for the hosts. Bradley Barcola finds the striker in space on the edge of the box, but the shot is tame and easy for David Raya to hold. Still 0-0 in the French capital, but it feels only a matter of time before the deadlock is broken.

21:17 CET - It's PSG's turn to go close, and with their first shot of the game! Khvicha Kvaratskhelia cuts in on his right foot, curling an effort past David Raya, but not past the far post as the ball clatters into it.

21:14 CET - Just to underline how quickly Arsenal have started, they have registered 3+ shots in the opening 10 minutes of a UEFA Champions League away match for the first time this season.

On the field, Donnarumma looks to have shaken off his ailment, a big relief for the PSG faithful.

21:08 CET - Gianluigi Donnarumma, take a bow. The goalkeeper makes his second fabulous save in as many minutes, denying Martin Odegaard's fierce effort from the edge of the box. But, the Italian is down receiving treatment, could this be a defining moment tonight?

21:04 CET - Three minutes in and already Arsenal have gone close. A lovely ball from Bukayo Saka finds the onrushing Declan Rice, but he can't direct his header on target. A big chance for the Gunners goes begging. Seconds later, it's Rice again who forces Gianluigi Donnarumma into a great reflex save to keep the score at 0-0. So far, it's all Arsenal in the early going.

21:00 CET - It's rocking inside the Parc des Princes, we are all set for a cracking second leg - let's get it on!

20:52 CET - Here we go then, who will prevail and join Inter in the Champions League final? Will it be Arsenal or PSG?

20:40 CET - Declan Rice had a game to remember against Real Madrid in the quarter-finals and with Thomas Partey back alongside him, the English midfielder is hoping for something special tonight too.

In his pre-match press conference yesterday, he said: "(Partey) being total calmness. Playing with Thomas, I've realised that's one of the best things about him.

"Not always he gets the recognition he deserves, but playing with him, for sure, he allows me to be a better player.

"Tomorrow night, we're going to need a big performance from him and me, but also the full 11, because it's going to be the biggest night in the club's history if we get to the final.

20:12 CET - Safe to say it will be a spectacular atmosphere in the French capital tonight.

20:00 CET - The team news is in from Paris.

As expected, Mikel Merino returns to his auxiliary role as forward in place of Leandro Trossard from a week ago. Into midfield comes Thomas Partey as the rest of the XI remains unchanged.

For PSG, Bradley Barcola comes in for the injured Ousmane Dembele, who has suffered a hamstring injury. The rest of their lineup also sees no changes.

19:21 CET - It's a big night for both sides at the Parc des Princes. Both PSG and Arsenal are bidding to reach their second European Cup/UEFA Champions League final, with the French side doing so in 2019-20, and the Gunners in 2005-06.

When winning the first leg of a European tie away from home, PSG have only been eliminated once (vs Man Utd in 2018-19), while the Gunners have never progressed when losing the first leg at home.

History, then, is with the Parisiens.

19:00 CET - Has everyone recovered from last night's thriller? Because we are getting set for what could be another classic in the Champions League as Arsenal look to overturn their one-goal deficit from the first leg as they travel to the French capital to meet PSG.

We will be bringing you coverage from the contest as well as all the statistics that make the game tick.

Check back in soon for all the team news.

Tuesday, May 6th

22:50 CET - That is where we leave you on this incredible night of football. But the excitement isn't over as the other semi-final second leg sees Arsenal travel to PSG looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg.

It promises to be another dramatic night of football, so be sure to come back at the same time tomorrow evening.

But for now - arrivederci!

23:39 CET - A truly extraordinary game of football has come to an end, and with it one of the all-time best Champions League ties.

Inter Milan head to Munich in ecstasy, and Barcelona head home heartbroken. Football aye?

Check out the match stats from a Champions League classic.

23:37 CET - Two minutes of added time! Inter are so close to the final.

23:34 CET - Time and hope running out for Barcelona. Can they muster one more chance?

Inter are minutes away from the Champions League final.

23:31 CET - Amongst all the chaos, we are witnessing one of the great goalkeeping performances in the Champions League as Yann Sommer denies Lamine Yamal once again with a world-class stop.

23:25 CET - The second half of extra time has begun just as you would expect, other than Robert Lewandowski missing a header from point-blank range, which he would usually score in his sleep.

But the excitement, drama and chances are still coming as frequently as the rain pours down on the San Siro turf.

23:20 CET - Drama until the end of the first half of extra time is about right for this tie! Inter were through on goal and with a great chance of putting the tie to bed when the referee blew the whistle for half-time.

Fair to say the Inter players were not happy!

23:11 CET - A classy build-up is finished off with the same class by Davide Frattesi, whose side-foot finish gives Inter the lead once more in this classic.

7-6 on aggregate. Mad.

23:00 CET - The San Siro is bouncing! That goal would be the deciding moment to force extra time, and 30 more minutes of this thriller are underway. Strap in...

22:55 CET - WHAT IS FOOTBALL? WHAT IS THIS GAME?

Inter are the side to produce the comeback this time, as one of the great Champions League ties has another twist.

Francesco Acerbi has the ball in the net for the second time tonight, but whilst the first one was offside, this one is a dramatic equaliser in the dying moments of added time.

It is another unstoppable finish inside the box, which sends the San Siro into a cacophony of noise and celebration. Hope when all hope seemed lost.

22:53 CET - Yamal almost puts the cherry on the cake for Barcelona, but his effort hits the post!

22:48 CET - Has Raphinha just won it for Barcelona? An incredible comeback is almost complete as Raphinha scores his 13th goal of the Champions League campaign!

After the ball fell to the Brazilian in space inside the box, his initial effort was saved from the imperious Sommer, but the rebound came back to Raphinha, who made no mistake the second time at asking, firing into the bottom corner.

A quiet night ends with a moment of brilliance from arguably the best player in the world.

22:37 CET - Very nearly the winner right as I typed that last post, as the brilliant Yamal curled an effort towards the top corner, but Yann Sommer made another brilliant save to deny him.

Yamal is running the show now, though, as a tricky run almost ends in a goal just moments later, but Sommer denies him again. This kid is special.

22:36 CET - 15 minutes left of this Champions League classic. 15 minutes left for a winner before we head for extra time.

22:28 CET - Barcelona thought they had a penalty as Lamine Yamal was tripped on the edge of the area, but VAR ruled the contact to be just outside the area, and indeed it was.

The free-kick was taken short but Yamal's resulting strike was blocked and the ball flew well wide.

22:22 CET - What even is this beautiful game? It never fails to surprise me.

Barcelona are incredibly level despite looking in deep trouble at the break as a perfect delivery from Gerard Martin is put away by the unmarked Dani Olmo, whose diving header is unstoppable.

22:18 CET - Eric Garcia should have had a brace as he goes from hero to zero. After cutting through Inter again, Garcia had a huge chance as the ball cut back to him inside the box, but his effort was tame and easily saved.

22:14 CET - Eric Garcia or Robert Lewandowski? A smartly worked Barcelona move falls to the stand-in full-back at the back post, and he expertly converts a side-footed volley into the top corner. Game on!

22:11 CET - Inter have the ball in the net through Francesco Acerbi after the centre-back headed in from a free-kick, but he was quite clearly some way offside.

22:07 CET - A vital second half for Barcelona gets underway. This is do-or-die time for Hansi Flick's side as their competition hangs by a thread.

Inter, meanwhile, are 45 minutes from another Champions League final as long as they keep their calm.

22:00 CET - After seeing a few more replays, you can see why the penalty was given, harsh but understandable.

Still a huge setback for Barcelona and a situation we would have preferred without on a night that should be all about two brilliant football teams.

21:50 CET - That would prove to be the last action of a breathless first half, which has displayed all we love about football and all we hate.

Minus a contentious VAR call, that was a brilliant half. Sadly, that VAR call has changed the game and given Barcelona a huge uphill task. And it will be that and not the high-class football that will be talked about after the game.

21:45 CET - A controversial decision is punished by the king of set-pieces. Hakan Calhanoglu was never going to miss that as he found the bottom and sent Szczesny the wrong way.

It is a long way back for Barcelona now, and the San Siro is rocking. Inter have one foot in the final.

21:44 CET - After a VAR check, Inter have a penalty! It looks for all the world as if Pau Cubarsi won the ball.

Wrong call in my opinion.

Chance to go 5-3 up for Inter...

21:40 CET - As the chances keep coming at both ends, a quick side note. This has been one of the best Champions League knockout ties in a long time, as this second leg is being played at the same relentless pace as the first.

It is a classic in every sense of the word.

21:34 CET - A chance for Barcelona! After a typically dangerous run from Lamine Yamal, the teenager laid it back for Eric Garcia to whip a dangerous cross in, but Ferran couldn't quite sort his feet out, and the chance passed by.

A good response to going behind from the visitors who came close again seconds later, this time through Yamal, who couldn't decide if to pass or shoot at the crucial moment.

21:21 CET - Inter had been starting to take control of this semi-final second leg, and now they are ahead!

After Nicolo Barella stung the hands of Wojciech Szczesny just moments before, a mistake in midfield from Barcelona opened up space for Inter, and they made no mistake as Denzel Dumfries teed up captain Lautaro Martinez for a tap-in.

A deserved lead, you have to say.

21:15 CET - 15 minutes into the second semi-final, and this one has been a little less action-packed than the opening periods of last week, but it has not been without excitement.

Barcelona's incredibly high line has worked so far, but the space for Inter is evident, and the hosts are getting closer to unlocking the key.

The San Siro is rocking.

21:00 CET - Kick-off in the San Siro as Inter get us underway...

20:50 CET - 10 minutes until kick-off in the San Siro! The excitement is building ahead of a blockbuster night of football.

Two European giants are 90 minutes away from the Champions League final. It doesn't get much bigger than this.

20:35 CET - Inter's experience and home advantage give them the edge tonight, though, as per Opta:

Inter are the first team to name a starting XI aged 30+ in 5 consecutive UCL KO stage games since Juventus in 2016-17, who did so in all 7 of their games from the last 16 to the final that year.

What that highlights is that compared to the youth of Barcelona, Inter have a squad with experience in this competition and who are in the prime of their careers.

20:15 CET - One player who will give Barcelona some hope on a difficult night in the San Siro is Raphinha

As per Opta, Raphinha has had a hand in 20 goals in this season’s UEFA Champions League (12 goals, 8 assists), with only Cristiano Ronaldo in 2013-14 (17 goals, 4 assists) having more in one season.

The only player to assist more goals in a campaign was Luis Figo, also for Barcelona, in 1999-00 (9).

That is elite company for one of the best players in the world.

20:58 CET - It is more positive news on Inter's side as their club captain and talisman Lautaro Martinez is fit enough to start after he was forced off in the first leg through injury.

A big boost for the Nerazzurri.

19:52 CET - After yesterday's confirmation that Alejandro Balde and Jules Kounde were not fit enough to make the squad tonight, Barcelona look weakened in the full-back area.

Elsewhere, though, it remains a strong side, and the only change from last week is that Eric Garcia comes in for Kounde, who was subbed off injured in the first leg.

19:50 CET - Ready for some team news?

19:30 CET - Hello and welcome to our coverage of the Champions League semi-final second legs. As it stands, both semi-finals are finely poised with all four sides in with a realistic chance of progressing to the decider.

Tomorrow, Arsenal will take on PSG in Paris with the French champions leading that tie 1-0. However, this evening, all eyes will be on Milan as Inter host Barcelona at the iconic San Siro.

Last week, Barca and Inter played out an unforgettable 3-3 draw that will go down in the history books as one of the great semi-final clashes in the competition. It's all to play for this evening with the winner going through!
