Danish media reported Wednesday afternoon that the Danish manager would get the sack regardless of the results of the home game against the German giants.
Feyenoord beat Bayern 3-0 but doubts surrounding Priske's future remained. Before the game kicked off in De Kuip, Priske calmly reacted to the rumours in front of the cameras of Dutch network Ziggo.
"It's part of football, it makes sense", Priske said about fans calling for him to get fired.
"When a club like Feyenoord doesn't get enough points, there are always questions about the coach. I accept that."
The Dane is not ready to leave the club just yet, even though the manager managed to win none of his three last Eredivisie games and Feyenoord are 10 points behind leaders PSV.
"I love this club, and the people within it and certainly the players.
"I see a lot of good things within the team, but was really disappointed after Saturday's game against Willem ll.
"The second time in a row in the Eredivisie where we lost points. A performance that was good, but not enough."
'I know what's happening'
Priske has presented himself as a calm and pressure-proof manager, but the Dane did admit to the reports having their effect on him.

"I am human, of course, but my focus is on the club. My focus is on the players, and myself. That's the most important thing.
"I don't read the newspapers, opinions about me. When I do, I have a bad feeling.
"I am not stupid, and not naive . I know what is happening. I know that soccer lives on opinions and on experts. I just hope everyone tries to hold respect, and not get personal.”
